How does the 2-way neckline work, and can I really wear it as both a scoop and a v-neck?

Yes, that's the whole point. The tank is fully reversible, so you can wear it scoop-neck forward for a casual look or flip it for a v-neck under a blazer or button-down. One tank, two looks, zero extra closet space.
