Returns & Exchanges
It's OK if it wasn't what you wanted.
We love happy customers. If you're not happy with an item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. No returns allowed on "Final Sale" garments.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

and start your request.
SEND IT BACK
Ship the item(s) back using our prepaid return label.
GET YOUR CREDIT
We’ll process your return or exchange and email you when complete.
Some important details:
- We now offer free shipping on exchanges! We'll send you an email when your exchange has been processed. Look for an email with the subject line of "Your exchange is complete".
- An $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you return your item(s). We'll send you an email when your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Look out for an email with the subject line “Your refund is complete!”
- Returned or exchanged items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and the
original tags must be attached.
- Returns or exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, color or any other style you prefer.
- If your exchanged items cost more than your return items, you will be asked to provide credit card payment at the time you place your exchange request. You will not be billed until the exchange order has been processed.
- If your exchanged items cost less than your return items, we will issue a refund for the difference to your original payment method.
- FINAL SALE items can NOT be returned or exchanged. Final Sale is clearly marked on each product page, at check out and on your order confirmation.
- We do NOT accept items purchased from any other retailer besides yummie.com.
- We’re sorry, but Canadian customers are responsible to return using their own shipping method.
- Any return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
This rarely happens, but if this does, we of course want to get it fixed ASAP.

through Friday and 1pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. If you reach our voicemail or email us, please provide your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You will NOT be charged the $8.00 return shipping fee for a defective or damaged item(s).
