Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed. Once refunded it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
This rarely happens, but if this does, we of course want to get it fixed ASAP.
2 ways you can process:
1. To return or exchange damaged or defective items visit our returns portal
. There you will process your request and upload pictures of the defective items.
2. Contact our Customer Service Team directly at 888.986.6438 or email
them at firstname.lastname@example.org
. Please include pictures of your
defective item(s) if sending an email. Our hours are 9am to 9pm Monday
through Friday and 1pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. If you reach our voicemail or email us, please provide your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You will NOT be charged the $8.00 return shipping fee for a defective or damaged item(s).
