Tell us a little bit about Withings
Withings is a connected health tech company that creates products to help people monitor their health from a 360 perspective. We make smart scales, blood pressure monitors, home monitor systems, sleep systems and activity trackers and more. We want you to feel empowered by getting healthier and the first step is taking ownership of your own health data. Our headquarters are just outside Paris, with our US base in Boston.
What is your role within the company?
I'm the Social Media Manager at Withings and unofficial health and fitness coach :)

How does the Activite Pop work?
The Activité Pop is an activity tracker that tracks yours steps, sleep, swim, runs and calories burned all through automatic detection, so you don't have to tell it you're about to go for a run or fall asleep. It has an 8-month battery life and is water resistant up to 50 meters. It connects to our free app, Health Mate (iOS and Andriod) to log all of your data. With the Pop we didn't want you to have to sacrifice style for function!
Leg Day. On Tuesday's our Boston team heads to the gym together and I lead us in a leg day bootcamp workout. I am a part of a great team and getting to workout together and inspire each other at least once a week is awesome. Favorite workout, hands down.
Tips to maintaining a healthy diet?
Prepare your food for the day ahead of time. It always helps to have your lunches and snacks planned out so you're not tempted by office donuts or in my case the unlimited supply of M&M's we have access to! And get a crock-pot, it's the best (easiest) way to prepare your lunches for the week.
And now that you’ve put our Yummie activewear
to the workout test, what did you think?
I'm a firm believer in "look good, feel good" so I know for me, wearing cute workout clothes means I workout harder. I LOVED all my Yummie outfits especially the Hannah leggings
. And the best part was after the gym I just threw on boots over them and then I just had a cute casual outfit on. They're definitely my favorite!
