  • Do you see any correlation between the steps to creating a cocktail and the work you do? How so?
    Artur
: It's all about the details. At Yummie, we're constantly looking at the details from sourcing the best material, to producing the best product.  With this drink recipe, the details also matter.  If you don't start with the best stuff, it shows (or tastes!) in the end result. With this French 75, find some local gin if you can. Local producers have a certain pride in their product that's hard to beat!

  • Do you have any memories attached to this drink? / What does this drink remind you of?
    Artur
: Recipes are a lot like friendships.  They're great on their own, but if you combine them all -- you can create something very special!  This drink reminds me of my two best friends during these challenging times.

  • What new recipes are you looking to try during this time?
    Artur
: Like a lot of people, I've been experimenting a lot with baking bread.  Using different flours, different ingredients.  It's all about the details, which I love!

  • What is your favorite meal of the day?
    Artur
: I know I'm not alone when I say BRUNCH!  Also a perfect time to serve up this French 75 recipe, I must say!

  • What do you enjoy most about being a part of the Yummie family?
    Artur
: We're a big family! Yummie fosters an environment that allows you to be yourself and contribute ideas freely, across all departments and platforms.  It's something special -- and that helps out not only the company, but us as individuals!
