  • Are there any lessons you've picked up from cooking that you think can be applied to the work you do? 
    Geri: Paying attention to the little details! You can make or break a recipe by forgetting one small detail and with work it is important to know all the little details to make the customer experience that much more enjoyable.

  • Do you have any memories attached to this recipe? / What does this drink remind you of? 
    Geri: This drink makes me miss normal life! I loved drinking these out in NYC and I cannot wait to go order one and support my local Brooklyn bars again.

  • What new recipes are you looking to try during this time? 
    Geri: With the intense summer heat I am trying to find light recipes to enjoy outside. I am working on home made guacamole and ceviche!

  • What is your favorite meal of the day? 
    Geri: Brunch!! It’s a meal 😊

  • Is there a Yummie piece that makes you feel your best while cooking? 
    I live in our lounge wear sets, especially the Slub Knit Tee and Wide Leg Pant. It is my bartending uniform!


  • 1 ¼ oz Aperol
  • 2 oz prosecco (or Vodka if you really want to spice things up)
  • Splash of soda water
  • Orange for garnishing

Mix together on ice and add an orange squeeze!
